Loans repaid 2 years ago

I am utterly disgusted in Nedbank at the moment. I have app**** for vehicle finance a couple of weeks ago, with the knowledge that I have no debt against me. The finance was however declined due to Nedbank Loans outstanding.<br> After contacting Nedbank, they passed the buck from one department to another, and no one could assist me. 2 hours later on the phone, I still didn't resolve the matter. I didn't keep the settlement letters, since we moved and threw out old paperwork, so now they are simply stating that they don't care and I must prove to them it's been repaid.<br> Currently I can't apply for credit anywhere due to Nedbank's poor service and lack of someone doing their job. No one can tell me where the hell my money went 2 years ago, and because of their incompetence, I am suffering with a bad credit record!<br> These loans need to be taken off my ITC IMMEDIATELY!!!!!
