Loan on credit report never taken!

I have recently done a credit report as I got declined for car finance and advised that I had a NEDBANK loan on my name. I have never had a loan with this bank and have also never had any calls with regards to this debt that was supposedly created in 2014.

I called your call center to dispute the matter only to be told the file has been handed over to a attorney, Brooks and Luyt.

I called them and spoke to Caroline and now again it needs to be referred back to Nedbank to look into the matter.

All this while I now cannot get a new vehicle for my business causing me to loose income.

This is unacceptable
