LOAN INSURANCE CANCELLATION

Nedbank call centre is useless, short and simple. The 1st consultant I spoke to informed me that he cannot assist with insurances or email addresses. I cut the call and spoke to another consultant who provided an email address but each time I send it, it returns as undelivered. I am sure that they are just providing information which is not updated. I need to cancel a insurance policy against my loan as I have cover else where. What is the email address and contact numbers. I am sure this process will take another couple month because Nedbank will want to squeeze every cent while they can on this insurance.
