Loan handed over when on a payment holiday!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. I took a payment holiday due to COVID-19 as I got a pay cut effective until end November 2020 and my Husband was retrenched in Feburary and 6 months later still not a cent paid by UIF. In July without contacting me first they Nedbank reinstated my personal loan debit order and it bounced. No email, no phone call and no sms from Nedbank yet today I get a message to say I have been handed over to an attorney. I phoned Nedbank to get it fixed. Only to be told i will need to just lodge a complaint and when I tried to do that the phone just disconnects!!! Terrible service in this desperate time! Nedbank please contact me to get this fixed!
