LOAN DISCOUNT

This is now the 4th time Nedbank is sending me SMS about settlement discount on my loan and when I call I am being sent from pillar to post with some of them telling me the SMSes are a mistake. Can someone call me to arrange this 60% discount because you can’t be telling me that every month you making the same mistake to the same person.
