Loan department not TCF

This is just a complaint against the loan department, they breached the contract without a worry. The document was signed on their side and my side and I submitted it. A day later they come back... oh we lowered your offer, please sign a new one. Did they think I would sign for the original one if I could not afford to pay it back? Really not happy with the breach of contract as it is definitely not TCF. They also took 3 days to make 2 calls to confirm employment and bank statements.

**On a positive note the consultant I worked with was fast and did try her best to help me even though the loan department delayed it all. Also the installments are not bad.

Just hoping when I fight they will change back to the original agreement.
