Loan Department ***********

I app**** for a load and I was preapproved, then I received messages about 5 a day urging me to go to the branch for finalising the load application. Eventually I went to the bank and submitted all the paperwork. I was notified that I'll receive feedback within 48 hours. I waited all week without any feedback and I finally decided to cancel the application. When I sent an email, that's when the Nedbank representative rep**** to tell me that I was declined anyways! How cruel and inconsiderate is that?!!!
