Loan department and help at Langeberg Mall

<p>I took up a loan at Langeberg Mall and on my application I informed them that I get paid on the last day of each month and that my debt order should be as such. I had a loan with them a few months back and had the same problem. Nedbank personal loan deducted the money on the 26 July, needless to say there were on funds available and deducted it again on the 29th and were sucsessfull but that was not good enough for them they had to deduct it 2 times and when I phoned them they were rude and I will have to wait for my refund till Wednesday. I think this is the worst bank I ever had to delt with. I wwill now have a bad record with them because of the debit order witch they had wrong and I have to pay all the bank cost. Not very nice I think.</p>
