Loan department agents who cannot understand October salary will only be paid on 26 October

Personal loan and negative experience App**** today. Sent my 3 months bank statement for July, August and September as we have not yet been paid for October. My salary date is the 26 October and they have my payslips for Aug, Sept and October stating my salary will be paid in October. My bank details even appear on my October salary statement yet they asking me for my October bank statement to show my salary. Today is only the 23rd. I will cancel and apply with Absa or Capfin whose agents can read properly.
