Loan declined savings account opened

I'm requesting nedbank to cancel the savings account that they opened for me. I was applying for a loan but instead was convinced to open a.savings account so that the loan can be deposited there. Now I am getting messages to collect my card. The loan declined citing enquiries I did before. My credit score is good and I earn very well. I don't want anything to do with Nedbank. You can delete my profile on your system too. You want to be cashing on my bank charges every month but can't even give me a loan. NOOO
