Loan

I have banking with Nedbank for 9 years or more and they always have offers like take a loan if you already have loan they consolidate and what is left the money you can use. This has bee happening for a whils 2025 on the24 th of much i got th offer on my app then an agent called me to say if i dot take the loan the offer will be gone i a week This call came aroud 5 and he convinced me then we agrre consolidation and theperiod i want to pay the loan First month i paid 2 loans i thought it wa mistake Second month same thing, called nedbank i waited for a moth for some one to pull the calll I have been calling with no assistance and i told them the reason the loan always get cosolidated it not to apy a lot Now due to payin2 loans i cannot afford and nedbank as never sent , or try to get the call Still waiting being sent from pillar to post I need this fixed They must pull the call
