Loan - Consolidation without informing me

I am disappointed in Nedbank, I made a personal loan of 22k last year in October 2024, April 8, 2025 I went back requesting 7k personal loan again, all along I didn't have any app, I download the app and try to track my payments and outstanding balance, and in April 2025 my outstanding balance is 20k , meanwhile I've been paying an amount of R1470 which amount to R7345.

Not only that was a redflag they app**** a loan consolidation without my acknowledgement none of that was explained to me, they went on paying capfin the loan that I've already paid off, I didn't mention any of that to the person who was assisting, Capfin sent me the money and I had to send it back to Nedbank so they.

So they consolidated their 20k loan only because of application for 7k. I don't want any consolidation on my account profile.
