Loan approval nightmare

I app**** for a consolidation loan yesterday apparently Nedbank can not confirm my employment while I still have a loan with them, still employed by the same Department of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture, now my application is pending and no-one seems to provide the exact problem, my 3 months bank statement shows that my salary comes from DSRAC as well as the payslip.
