Loan Application that takes 5 days

I first app**** for a personal loan on Thursday 14th of December. It was approved and I was sent documents to sign and return of which I did the same day. The following day in the morning after following up I was advised that the offer was reviewed and lowered of which I understood. I was then sent another set of documents to sign and return of which I did the same day, with the hope that all was in order. Monday the 18th I called and after i called to follow up on progress I was advised that there is another document I have to and return of which I went to the branch and together with the consultant we asked the agent (JP Du Toit) over the phone why I needed to sign a fax cover sheet of which he insisted that back office requires this before they can approve and that I only needed to sign the 1st page and all will be in order. Today again (19th) after an e-mail I sent I get informed again by JP that there is a document I need to sign and return which is holding back the money.

now my question is why is he sending these documents piece by piece. My worry is that I need to take a taxi to the mall in order for me to print, sign, scan and e-mail at the internet cafe which costs me money. this in my view is gross incompetence from the agent's side. Further training is still required or some sort of accountability on his part because trully speaking he is frustrating me. The first time I app**** for this product with Nedbank this process took less than an hour and I had the money in my account of which was R80 000. now I only want R7000 and it takes a week? come on guys.
