Loan Application

Never have I ever encountered such Appalling service! App**** for a loan at Protea Glen branch, the loan was taken back & forth for a period of 5 weeks. The consultant assisting me was trying her best however her and their head office were not singing the same tune. At this point I had called everyone to try and get my loan application sorted, however with no luck and constant unsatisfactory service. I called the branch to cancel my loan and I was advise that they did, I further called their call center to confirm same with me but they couldn't. I called in the next day and I could not get assisted still. The loan money got paid into my account all of a sudden! I contacted them advising them on this and what completely blew my top off were the terms they have on the loan. The they have are not the terms that I signed for! the money paid in is at a higher monthly instalment and for a lesser repayment period. I have at this point stopped trying to get this sorted as it appears that they don't see anything wrong with all the poor service and administration that they offer to their clients! Disgusted at the level of service offered by Nedbank!(Consultant Nomzamo Dlali, Branch Manager Petunia.)
