Loan application

I app**** for a personal loan on Tuesday telephonically, it was approved and I went straight to the bank, this morning 2days later I have not yet received the money after waiting over 45minutes to see a consultant and missing my meeting. Nobody in those 45minutes came to help us or even noticed we were waiting so long. Eventually we see her and fill out ALL the documentation. Today I call to follow up and get told there are documents outstanding that I know I signed and filled out. What makes me so angry is I had to call to find out, nobody could pick up the phone to call me and tell me to come in again to fill the documents out a second time and wait in another queue for 45minutes. Please will somebody get in contact with me and sort this out immediately
