loan amount deducted not to what i agreed on

<p>i have a loan with nedbank and i stopped paying it last year october after i lost my job, i reported to nedbank im dismissed and waiting for uif and provident fund as soon as i get the income i will make arrangment to pay , so on the 28 November 2016 uif paid me 35911.50 in my nedbank account , and the bank took 21444.62 for the loan on the 29 , i only got an sms today 30th , when the money got paid i didnt even get a notification from the bank that i received some money. i went to the bank today 30th to enquire why so much money was taken for a loan without my concernen or arragment , no one is giving me answers , im just been sent from here to there . On the statement it says 'INVESTMENT MADE" R21144.62 , it doesnt state that its a loan money . The problem here is i have not been working for a year now , this is the first payment that i just received since i stopped working , i didnt arrange for so much money to be taken because i pawned our car , i owe children school fees , and i wanted to start small business so that i can start paying the loan back . Hello Peter please help me to get refund from nedbank and make proper arrangment to pay.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
