Loan agreement confusion
Good day. Mr Francois Daniel Mattheus,id *** app**** for a loan. All documents were completed, credit check was done, they offered an amount of R140-000, he only needed R40-000. He was told to go in on Tuesday the 26th of May 2015 to go and sign the papers. On Friday they phoned him to inform him that he has to go in and complete new documents as the interest rate has increased. Now is this good or bad! service. They also tried to convince him to become a Nedbank client although he is with Standardbank since the 80's. Previously Nedbank did assist him with loans with no problems, this is unexcepaptable and due to my knowledge not legal to just cancel any signed agreement.
