LOAN ACCOUNTS OUTSTANDING ACCORDING TO NEDBANK

I have personal loans with Nedbank and have been paying to the best of my ability. However, since I have been retrenched in October 2017, I have been trying to keep up payments. I am no longer in a position to pay the full installment amount and have told Nedbank it, however they still keep on threatening me. Every day I receive about 3 phone calls from different people about the account. According to me, the account is paid up to date and according to a statement that I have received from them 2 months ago. The statement never showed any arrears and when I paid the amount outstanding on the statement, they also threatened me and said I have to pay the installment amount. I do not know what to do anymore since I am not in a position to keep up the installments. According to me I had the retrenchment cover on the loan when I signed up for it, but according to them I do not have the cover. They dont want to listen to any reason and keep on threatening and calling me.
