So I requested a loan settlement amount with Nedbank Money App, made the payement.. come end of the Month Nedbank charges me insurance and admin fee for the loan thats paid off and a lady by the Name of Nosipho Ncambi tells me the charges cant be reversed? i bank with nedbank and today they lost a client
