LIVID WITH NEDBANK MALL AT LEBOWAKGOMO'S SERVICE!!!

I'm disgusted by the service at Mall of Lebowakgomo. My 72 year old Mother went to change her account to a Consolidator account but was refused service and told that the process would be too long. Her service fees are currently R150 where they should actually be around R50 because of her age. I'm livid that the receptionist couldn't even take a second to check with the consultant as to how long that would take. Instead, they basically told her to leave!!! GREAT SERVICE NEDBANK!!!!!
