listing on SAFSA

I am a customer of nedbank i am having few accounts with them .,my car with them ,investment,personal accounts and business accounts. When i tried to do a trade with my car trading the car which i am being financed by them they declined and i have never skipped even one month and my credit score is perfect.only at a later stage i realised they listed me with SAFS without my knowledge. I am having another account qith different bank so my money was transfered to nedbank from that account .nedbank does not want to help me clear that thing they listed me for and they made my life and business difficult when i called them they take me from pillar to post.i really nèed your help my business is standing.
