Listed on the credit bureau as our bank account has been debited every month

Good day, we have been under debt review, but paying Nedbank every month, what we can afford. We saw that you have listed us on the credit bureau debt written off, please can you remove that with immediate effect if you do not do that I will have to contact the banks ombudsman. We are already listed as Debt Review. My ID number is *** & my husbands ID number is ***. We feel that this is unexeptable as we are listed on Debt review and we pay you directly you debit our bank account every month. So this is not a threat its a promise to report you to the bank ombudsman. We are awaiting your reply asap!! Belinda Fourie
