LISTED ON ITC FOR A 10 YEARS OLD ACCOUNT

This is my second time addressing this!! I HAD a personal loan way back in 2005/6. I lost my job and could not pay. I was blacklisted for 5 years as an written off debt for NEDBANK. The my name was cleared. NOW after 10 years I JUST lost a deal due to NEDBANK listed my account AGAIN!!! AND NOT EVEN AS A WRITTEN OFF account but as an arrears account!! I need this fixed as I will NOT leave this matter here. I am paying off my current account with Nedbank on arrangement aswell. So I need this sorted out ASAP. This is causing me lost of income an huge contracts.
