Listed on itc but payments were made!!!

I have a personal loan with nedbank and I have been making my payments faithfully until I lost my job but made an arrangement to pay my account. I have just checked my transunion report n.it reflects as if I havent paid my account for the past 2 years!! I think this is rediculous. I understand how the credit bureau works and this is incorrect procedure. I would like this rectified immediately!! Everytime I call the call centre, a bunch of idiots, they are unable to understand what I am.saying and they transfer me pillar to.post. This is so unfair on a customer of 4 years.
