Lines not going though

I have been trying to reach Nedbank insurance for the past 3 days now,I’m not sure if you are having problems with your lines or something, but my calls haven’t been going through,I wanted to log a call for my house, over the past 2 weeks we had a major power failure in Springs due to the sub station burning down....for 4 days we were without power completely, then the power came back after 4 days, but however the power in my section kept going on and off, eventually it damaged the cabling to 4 of my plugs,I have replaced the plugs, howerver it seems to be the cabling, so I have disconnected the power to those plugs because they trip the entire system, and leaves me without power, I need an electrician to come and correct the cabling to those 4 plus,if poasible tomorrow Saturday the 29th I will be available, should you need to contact me today please do so after 12 today
