Lifestyle Banking's Vanisha cannot follow a simple instruction

Spoke to Vanisha on the 11th May at 08:49am reference number 5 7 0 6 5 2 4 3 to change my debit order from the 25th to the last day of the month but to my surprise I was still debited incorrectly.

How many more times must I say my salary date has changed? I had money in my account to cover me until payday but Nedbank stuffed me in the b u t t !
