Life Insurance (Home Loan) complain

Good Day 25 March 2021 I contact Nedbank Home Loan department to find out about my life Insurance policy on my Bond and I was informed that my policy was cancelled and I do not have any policies with them. I then explained to them tat I received a monthly statement and my policy premium of R186.00 is included in my instalment, which I pay since 1999. I was helped by a lady Ntika Naniswa and when she checked on her system she also see that a R186.00 was included in my instalment of my bond, which I pay every month. I never received any letters from Nedbank that my life insurance policy was cancelled and why was the R186.00 for my Insurance still included in my instalment if the policy was cancelled. I want Nedbank to refund me my R186.00 since 1999 until 2021. below is the communication with Ntika

Mr Hanekom called advise that on his statement there’s an amount of R186.00 that is charged monthly for insurance, but he was advised that he doesn’t have policy with us. I spoke to insurance I was advised the same and referred to home loans specialist. They were unable to assist but they picked the below information from 719 enquiry. Can you please check the below policy number and advise if you pick anything regarding this query.
