Dear Professionals Banking I am an existing Nedbank Greenbacks Platinum credit card American Express and MasterCard When I get moved to Established Professionals American Express and Visa cards? If is is the same thing as Platinum, I still want the black cards associated with Professional status It took Nedbank 4 years to realise I am Nedbank Greenbacks Gold credit card American Express and MasterCard (since 2012) and moved to Nedbank Greenbacks Platinum Credit card American Express and MasterCard (since 2016) I seriously do not have time to schlepping to a branch during business hours weekdays, If I am forced to go to a branch I will need express servicing I have no interest in opting in for a Current account with Nedbank as the service was shocking when I was a client
