lies lies , dololo R200 cash back

I was previously banking with capitec bank but my car was financed by MFC. I got a call from Dawood, N. (Nizam) saying I will be given R200 cash back monthly for the duration of my car loan if i bank with Nedbank, pay my car installment with Nedbank, switch my salary to Nedbank, and lastly use internet banking or the money app. I have done all of that.

I tried to follow up last month in January and was told i will get my December and January's R200 at the end of January . today is the 2nd of feb still nothing, when i called today to follow up was told someone will call me back .

Can I please get the R200 cash back if not so , I can change my bank back to capitec bank . I did not switch banks just for fun. I was promised R200 cash back
