Lies from Staff at The Glen branch

I am waiting for an approved personal loan to be paid out. Consultant **** that the money will paid out on the 18/10/2017, a week ago. His Team, **** that other consultant will contact me on Saturday, 21/10/2017 with feedback on pay out. Today, 23/10/2017, I still do not have an constructive feedback with regards to what is happening about my approved loan.
