Lies and unprofessional

This bank is the worst , they have understood hanging for over 8 days and they can't clear them. You talk to then everyday and the agents lie to you , the funny thing is that they will minus their fees from the incoming funds and not release your money for use. Now you ask what the problem is , they can't answer you. I'm closing my account after this
