Lies and more lies

I have asked you to cancel the insurance on my loan, you confirmed it was done but it is not. I checked

I spoke to a lady and requested the interest on the loa to be frozen. I was given an email address and sent an email. No response was received but still interest is being added.

How do you expect me to ever finish this account if i am not given a fair chance to do so.

My debt review people already made a fool out of me and is doing nothing to assist. Negotiated with no one.

So can you help me or do i stop paying ? I dont have anything you can take to sell so it would be at no loss for me. But i am trying to do the right thing and pay
