Lies

I would like to air my frustration years ago I had a cheque account with Nedbank and I told them that i do not want to go over if my fund is depleted out my account then it shouldn't go into over draft.

I checked my credit report and I see still have an account open with you guys when I was reassured time and time again that it is closed. Spoke to Cynthia today informed that the cheque account are known to do that, how can you not tell your customer this up front . This upsets me to this day because i had to settle that account whereby you agent who signed me up mislead me......I want my name cleared now as I was told I owe nothing as I paid everything I owe you Nedbank. I will go to consumer affairs because i am fed up
