<p>I have been a Nedbank account holder for over 20 years, I have a personal bond account, bank account and credit card. I recently app**** for a personal loan and was told I could only get a loan approved to consolodate my debt with Call Direct. I was told the benefit is that Nedbank charge a lower interest rate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I completed the forms on Friday and was told it would be paid out on Monday. I have just discovered that the interest rate charged is the EXACT SAME and infact the bank charges are HIGHER at Nedbank than at Call Direct.</p> <p> </p> <p>AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PAYOUT!!!</p> <p>I am furious that I have been **** to by Nedbank to get my business!!!</p>
