Level of service at BT Ngebs Mthatha Branch

I am very disappointed of the level od service i got from Nedbank Bank in BT Ngebs. I'm at the queue. I aske this lady why isn't the queue moving, there's no one helping people. Everybody bis just sitting there. The attitude she gave me is just on another level, as if I'm telling her how to do her Job. She's so erogant. Shes not even wearing a name tag. I'm there to do a replacement card of which i cant do via the App cause it's a visa card. She should have just told nicely of there's a glitch. Even some staff their name tags are worn back wards. It's like everybody bis doing as they please here no leadership what so ever.
