Letter Of Recall Cash Back Hold Up

I had submitted a letter of recall for an international payment end of February and I have not received my money back. I constantly have to follow up and none of the consultants have update me on anything without me following up.

This matter has now been in their system for over a month and I have not been given any updates on when I can expect my money back.
