LETTER NEEDED AND NOT RECEIVED FROM NEDBANK LEGAL - PATHETIC

I have emailed Nedbank Legal department to request a document and I still have had no response. Whether it is confirmation of receipt of email or even a "we will revert shortly", absolute radio silence. Amazing how big corporations will happily help you as long as its in their best interest. Well the minority that actually invest and request services from said corporations and without us plebs would not function, need to be heard, and we are not. MAYBE, just MAYBE Nedbank will see this and respond. how many other times will a person have to communicate just to get a one page document. REALLY IS RIDICULOUS.
