Lethabo laka club

It's December time where everyone wants to enjoy their year long savings. Last Thursday our club members went to put in the notice and account numbers for the money to be distributed, we told everything was fine money will reflect within 24 hours since most of them are Nedbank accounts. The next day we went to enquire and we were told there was a backlog but transfers will be made latest Monday which was yesterday still no more. One member went there to enquire again and she was told we were late at least another 72 hours. What is puzzling is that if we were using another bank we have already received our money by now. The manager at Nedbank Lambton thinks we are nothing hence why we were never respected enough as clients. How long does it take to transfer money from one account to another within the same bank? I honestly believe we should change banks as Nedbank staff have no regard for low income clients
