LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AND I REGERET MY DECISION TO MOVE TO NEDBANK

I was contacted by Sriram NIRHEN SRIRAM (NB205394) from Nedbank Park Square Park in Durban a few days after taking car finance with MFC.

Nirhen told me if I opened a Cheque account with Nedbank and move my salary there I would get R200 cashback rebate for as long as my car was financed by MFC. I agreed to the deal and switched to a Nedbank account, that is when my nightmare began.

The service at Nedbank is none existant, I found out the debit order date for the car was scheduled to go off on the WRONG DATE and commence on the WRONG MONTH! I conacted Nirhen over a week before the debit and asked him to get the month and date sorted, he called back and guarenteed me that the had fixed the dates and months and that the 1st debit order for my car would be 25th October according to the 2 month grace period. THAT WAS ALL A BIG LIE as the debit went off now in September, not only that but the R200 that he had guaranteed would be credited to my account on the 20th is nowhere to be seen!

Nirhen is no longer responding to my emails either!

I just joined Nedbank and I am already appalled by the terrible service. I would not recommend Nebank to my enemies!
