I really need help and I have tried so many times to be patient. I opened a Nedbank savvy plus cheque account at Nedbank sandton city I was assisted by LERATO NTSIE . she has promised me so many times that I will receive my secondary card and up until now I haven't received anything. it is now 5 months waiting for my secondary card and I am loosing on points. she has been telling me that she will order the card even now I am still waiting. I really don't know what to do now and is it fair for to receive such customer service. I understand that at times as a consultant you get busy and forget some other things. but you know very well I have followed up with you several times , most times I call you and they tell me that you busy you will get back to me. even when I send you emails you don't respond. the last time I send you an email it was on 10 September 2019. this is extremely not fair. please I need my secondary card to be delivered to Westgate branch now. according to the information I received the account comes with two compulsory cards . please assist to make sure I received my American express Nedbank card.
