Legal or ******* monthly premium VAT based increases by Nedbank Insurance

I just received an sms from Nedbank Insurance indicating that my monthly premium will be adjusted upwards as from 1 April 2025 due to the VAT increase. As far as I know the VAT increase was proposed by the Minister of Finance in his budget speech and still has to be ratified by Parliament whose sitting on the matter is NOT before 1 April 2025. Is Nedbank proposing to exhort money from its clients based on a VAT increase which is not formalised as yet, and act *******ly? Please do advise as to whether your already formalised increase has a legal basis.
