LEGAL DOES NOT TAKE CALLS HOLDING FOR 4 DAYS NOW

I have been trying to get hold of the Legal department for Nedbank and there is only 1 number that they can supply you. I have literally been on hold for 4 days and no one picks up, in some occasions I will be 1st in the cue for over an hour and the line will disconnect!!! I have paid up an account with Nedbank and need a paid up letter. Why is this so difficult to get???? I am currently holding and was third in the cue, the line once again got disconnected and now trying to call again I am 10th in the cue....***???<br> Nedbank you really need to get your ducks in a row, you can easily call to offer more debt but you cant assist customers that pay their bills in full?<br> I want a paid up letter so I can sort out my credit bureau!!!! I paid you, surely you would be thrilled???
