Legal dept debit on my account

I am currently unemployed for the past 3.5 years.I had credit card previously from nedbank <br> 7 years later i just opened a normal savings account .i had received a pension payout going back 11 years <br> To my dismay nedbank put a debit on my account for R11000.00 with no notification on a friday afternoon <br> I called the call centre and they told me legal dept is closed .I spent over R300 on cell bills airtime <br> <br> I got no joy from nedbank <br> i have made arrangements with the banks attorneys to repay the money as soon as i am employed <br> But to no avail <br> I am now told that i can forget abt the 11k as the bank can do whatever it take to recover their money .There is no courtesy regarding what i needed the money for .Currently i have been given notice where i live <br> So no money and no place to stay .....THANKS A LOT NEDBANK
