Legal department never take calls, answer emails or bother getting back to clients

Nedbank legal recoveries consultants seem to choose when to work and when not to take calls. I have been calling them for 2 days and people keep transferring me to the wrong department. The person assigned to my account never answers my emails, the person from nedbank assist assigned to help me sell the property has never bothered to return any calls, emails or whatsapp messages. Whenever they are looking for me they call me late into the evening, however, when i need to speak to them i am told of working hours. IT IS FRUSTRATING.
