Left in the Dark and Empty Promises

I have recently had the unfortunate time of dealing with Nedbank Home Owners Insurance regarding a claim, C***, and all I have had is nothing but frustration. I have had to follow up numerous times regarding the progress. It has been almost 4 weeks now without any hot water and Nedbank is still unable to offer me any resolution. I logged a complaint and the agent Shikwambana, E. (Eugene) assured me that it will be resolved. I have had no reply to my emails. I have called and was told that they have no direct number and that I would once again go through the call center - what a JOKE ! This is really unacceptable . Nedbank is quick to take our premiums but when it comes to service -nothing.,No one pays my cellphone bills - yet every time I want an update I am the one doing the running around.
