left hand and right hand dilemna..clueless
App**** for a credit card. was contacted by an agent and the application was finalised and supporting documentation was provided to Nedbank and receipt thereof was confirmed by the consultant and the application was provisionally approved and then the fun began. Now i have non stop emails and sms requesting the same documentation that had been provided. Is the application approved now or not.. should I go elswhere because this is an utter S*** Show and not the service that I was expecting..

They are now contradicting themselves between departments and have no clue of what is going on with the application..it appears that there is no communication between nedbank staff and the person who has given her assurance of everything being in order is suddenly on leave and the application department is still asking for information which has been sent several times. Is this actually for real????

19 Jan 2024, 13:41Nedbank did not reply.. Couldn't be bothered or it's beneath them.. Anyway they are other banks who are far more helpful
