Left confused

Good day,

On the 6th June 2017, I received a call from a lady called Bridget. After a short conversation. I received the email below. Please bear in mind that, she already had all my details and just wanted me to confirm.

Dear Binta Kabwiz Verification of FICA information for ********** 31307 *ESTATE LATE NKULULEKO DONDERY CHUENEAs discussed telephonically, our documentation for the above record regrettably does not meet the requirements of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA), 38 of 2001. On the 7th June 2017, after several attempts to call. I decided to reply to the initial email that was sent. and I still await a response. Below is the email I sent:

Good day,

Trust you are well.

I would like more information on the above and a dept information as the conversation yesterday was really short and I am really trying to make sense of all of this.

With that said, unlike a computer system. I have lost all those documentations, as you might be aware it's over 5 years that he left us.

I have a few questions: Why am I being contacted after so long?
If you have my number and email, it means my information is on your system. Is an affidavit, My ID copy and my proof of resident sufficient?
Is this account still active?
How are my accounts or myself affected by all this, because you speak of restricting the account?

I tried calling the numbers provided but with no joy. Your prompt response will be more than appreciated.

Regards,

7 days later and no response, or call.
