lazy staff

I went to nedbank at 10:30 am to open an accout. I was told by a man by the name of xolani khumalo that noone will be able to assist me as they have only 2 staff member today and they already have people waiting and it takes 30 minutes to open an account and they close at 12pm so they wont even finish people who are already inside because they have to close at 12pm so i was turned away. Just like that
