*********** lazy Nedbank staff providing no service at all

In fact no stars is warranted for this banking institution. Subashnie from the call centre assissted me with applying for my platinum credit cards but said to me for additional credit cards I need to go into a branch. When I went to the Windermere centre branch a consultant by the name of Seema and Cathy Wade said to me I need to contact the call centre. So this happened about 7 times being passed back and forth and from pillar to post. What is going on with Nedbank call centre and the Windermere branch. Either the staff are *********** and lazy or just dont give a damn, which is very sad. Is this about sales , so if there is no commission to be made then it is easier to pass the client around like a ball. On your website you state that additional cards can be obtained on the platinum credit cards. Is this not a service you provide or is this false advertising ? Can a competent staff or supervisor call me urgently on *** otherwise I will have no alternative but to change banks and take my business elsewhere.
